I don't know whether I should be scared or excited. This show scared the crap out of me once,twice... about 100+ times. Can I really take more of this?

I have a feeling that second season will have that the detective's daughter in it. Just a feeling. She kinda appeared and never really had any shot in the show, except that she lived even after her mom died carrying her.

Oooh. Prophecy.

Well. The last two arcs are really amazing. (Because first season only went through 6 arcs. The game had 8. So I'm guessing that the second season will contain the last two). I spoiled the whole thing to myself byreading it on Wikipedia. So if you really can't wait to watch it, then you can read about it there. It's really eye-opening. You find out who the 'real' killer is and why that person did it.

Extreme Spoilers.

IT WAS THAT SLUT TAKANO THE WHOLE TIME. SHE NEVER DIED! Oh and.. Rika + Time Stop = awesome.

I pretty much spoiled myself on the ending because I thought there won't be a second season of sort. Man, I timed it badly!

On another note, I did suspect Takano throughout all the scenarios and figured that she faked her own death.

Really great horror & mystery serie. That final scene with Rika was spooky though, just as you think everything ended.;)

Rena is definitely the best character. Still, her feline eyes are just wicked. Why are girls with orange hair always psychos (Kaede)?:D

And for god's sake, CURSE (please, not by Oyashiro-sama) my curiosity... i read the last two spoilers.:(

I've only got 2 eps of this left to watch...and so far this is the first show to make me hide under the bed repeatedly :O

I love this series. it was disturbing (in a good way) , but had a lot of happy, comedic moments. Rika's so kawaii when she goes "Mii!" for no reason.

oh higurashi thread? why didn't i noticed it earlier?

i watched this one somewhen around the end of autumn of 2006.

that was good one,i liked it a lot since there was a 6 different stories (i don't recall quite well) about the friends group

and every story was about different person (that was really nice,because watching how Keiichi is trying to avoid Rena and Mion for 26 episodes would be any fun

).
i especcially liked story about Satoko and Shion (man that sister was really crazy

) .

but that Watanagashi thing and Oyashiro-sama's curse was really creepy thing..

and Rena standing an the hill with Machete in her hands didn't look like cute friendly little girl to me

anyways very good anime,very!
