Here's another question. Are multiple entries allowed?

I see no reason to say no to that. I guess that the max per creator would be 2.

So is there enough interest to start an official thread with specs and whatnot?

Probably, but I'm involved in an MEP myself, and im also sure there are people celebrating the holidays. I can probably kick this off officially the week following christmas. What do you guys think? I'm asking because after all, this is my first time doing an MEP as a project lead.

I'm cool with that, absolutely. I'd also be happy to help if anything weird comes up, should you need it. Amazingly enough, I'm almost done with the first draft of my track. Naturally, specs will change as you set them.

Just outta curiosity, anyone have any suggestions on how long we should make this MEP? I'm venturing somewhere between 10-15 minutes overall, credits omitted at best. Just want everyone's thought on this.

Well, since everyone will be cutting their own audio, I would just let people turn in what they want and it would just be as long or short as however many tracks we end up with. But there would have to be an absolute deadline, otherwise people will keep saying their working on their tracks for months and it will never get finished.

10-15 minutes sounds good for a maximum length. Any idea for a minimum clip length?

And when you mean absolute deadline, MEAN IT. Otherwise you get emotive people taking two weeks to finish a minute long track.
