No, we're not getting QUITE started yet. But there are a few things I wanted to get feedback on before I set up everything in December. I'll be going on majority rule here.

Plus, it'd be great to get a gauge on how many people are actually interested in this again. I know I have at least 3/4 people that will be involved again.

Please select 1 answer per question.

1) 640x480, 848x480, or 1280x720?
2) Allow all previous songs in older MEPs back in, or new songs only?
3) Credits watermark in the beginning of each track or one big credits sequence at the end?
4) Is everyone fine with a June 1 2012 deadline? Earlier? Later? We'll begin in December.
5) Should we have an opening track like Cyanna did for us last year? I personally think YES.
6) Other comments? Suggestions?

Ooh, I'm in. I already have my song and Anime combos too.

Hmm I think 848x480 is good, since up scaling DVD footage won't look so well.

And I think all previous songs, considering there arent many good ones left to edit with, with a yes to 5 too.

As for the deadline, it's too early to tell, but let's keep it that date for now and if things come up, it can always be changed, right?

2) Id say that we should encourage new songs, but not actually stop people from using songs from the first 2.
3) I always liked how you had the credits/ movie poster before each individual track. But I think that you could also have a scrolling list at the end of the MEP with the name of every editor that submitted a video since the first MEP (just their name and not the anime or Disney movie that they edited to).
4) June 1st works with me.
5) YES.
6) can't think of any at the moment.

I'd be interested in participating. I missed out on last year's due to RL issues. But anyway.

1) 848x480 for sure.
2) Old songs should be an option along with any new stuff people might want to edit to, since there aren't that many Disney songs left, (unless you get into the orchestrated pieces).
3) I'm a fan of the scrolling credits at the end, but I think a break between each segment would be nice too.
4) YES, please have a June deadline. I know I can finish something good in the amount of time.
5) Yes, that would be lovely!

2) Im fine with old songs in the mix, but I think they should be different versions than what was used before if possible?
3) Rule of 3 - I think you should keep the credits over each track like you have. I wouldnt be opposed to doing both if people want both though.
