1:1 op for my new romance/action FF AMV

Post by Aredhiel » Tue Mar 29, 2005 2:55 am

Well I won't lie about this being my first vid ever. However, it is worth noting that I spent much time watching numerous excellently done AMVs, spent over a month working on this first one of mine, and am a perfectionist. None of those guarantee that mine is immune to being full of correctable elements, yet thought I might mention them anyway. It would be beneficial if anyone op-trading on mine is familiar with some of the Final Fantasy story lines, though certainly not required. Honestly I'm just looking for some constructive criticism and creative new ideas.

I really like Final Fantasy. So I will leave an OP for you.

In exchange, please leave an OP for my newest AMV. It is a remake of an older AMV- so if you could watch both and OP the remake that would be even better, but you don't have to watch the old one.

I'll get yours, as well. :)

You can pick any one from my AMV Profile you like (with two exceptions: Stand Alone (More) Complex - Aramaki and Please Forgive Excel (She Knows Not What She Does) -- you'll probably not like these. :? )

WOW!! yeah you have definitely been doing this MUCH longer than me and have a far superior program (course what could be worse than WMM :-p anyway you had an AWESOME selection of scenes/material and was excellently blended so as to fit well with the content of the song even in sync kinds of ways topically; your particular editing of clips so as to sync with the beat of the music was superb!! the only real complaint i had was that it really almost cut from scene to scene a bit too quickly, wasn't bad at first but about half way through my eyes were getting tired from so much movement and no intermitent slow points to relax; additionally there was a transition you used frequently, im not sure what it is called but it kind of made a small/brief white flash to cut to next scene, not sure but i think that might have helped with making my eyes tired, maybe a few less of those; really though, nothing else to critique, was really an AWESOME AMV overall and i did enjoy it alot, adding to my personal collection on my compy  and btw, out of curiosity, why were all of your clips SUCH HIGH QUALITY?!?!? most of them were easily 10 times higher quality resolution than any of mine, is it bc of your editing program or the way you rip them or what?? anyway great job and thanks much for enduring my first vid ever :)
