Just in case you are wondering, yes, I know this isn't on the anime music videos web site. It's just that I have absolutely no idea how to send my video to a website for it to be downloaded from the a-m-v.org site and I had failed to do so, twice. So please give it a chance and don't close it. I really need your opinion.

The problem is that apparently, my video has to be saved on a website and I forgot how to make a website. And I'm an ICT student

It doesn't have to.
You just need ftp program to upload it from your HDD. Later it's hosted automatically from Kero-chan (amvorg serv)
As I understand from what I have seen this AMV isn't bigger then 100mb and Foo fighters aren't banned on AMVorg either.

I wonder if you have a problem with step4 :links.
Which can be skiped right-away - anyways.

Please be more detailed if the problem is something else.

I looked for your videos on the .org and I think It's probably not
resolved yet.

Make sure that you have CONFIRMED the upload after the phisical upload
of your video.

And make sure that you have read attentively the upload instructions.
