Looking for Anime suggestions

ummm...I only watched the first episode of Serial Experiments Lain and I thought it was kind of odd,but I think two of the weirdest animes I've watched so far,are.....

Perfect Blue

I meant personality wise. At least at the start of both animes... And... and... Tsukasa does kill something, he killed a bug and that girls pet... (although the second was unintentional...) -_-;;

Corran - a bug?I remember that,but...I mean,comeon..compare Tsukasa killing a bug and Kirika killing people.Well...ha ha,I kinda see some simularity there..Kirika killed the people as if they were bugs,but actualy FIGHTING wise,Tsukasa never did any of that,but emotion wise,they are almost exactly identical ^_^.They are distant from feelings (well..they try to be anyways) and they don't talk or smile too much.But anyways,point is..I DO see where you're comin' from now =D

I try to talk about Anime on the message board I'm usually on, and people avoid me like the plague. Those boneheads wouldn't know Pokemon from Dragonball Z from Sailor Moon from [insert really dirty hentai here]. I admit I don't know much about Anime, but these people look at me like I'm some kind of freak, and then obsess over wanting to "hook up" with the band. Damn hypocrites. Oh well.

Thanks again for the suggestions; I wrote them all down and will check them out as I can.

Of course. However, most of Kazaa users are behind 56K connections, so my DSL isn't always helpful in downloading Anime. I've waited two to three weeks sometimes for 180MB Anime episodes. But it's all good.

I'm downloading Noir right now; it sounds like the closest thing to .hack//SIGN besides Legend of Twilight's Bracelet, the second Anime in the .hack series. I'm downloading that one as it comes out; we're up to Episode 6.
