It seems a certain bunch of seiyuu's characters get mentioned in this list.

Faye, Lina Inverse= same voice actress (megumi hayashibara)

Misato, Excel, Mireille = same voice actress (kotono mitsuishi)

Deedlit, Chun-Li, Urd = same voice actress (touma yumi)

I'll add in Hiraji Najica, also played by touma yumi. She's like a female version of James Bond.

Genkai can turn young however, although only for brief moments. Young Genkai is also voiced by hayashibara megumi.

Gundress is not a good anime movie, but it's characters are relatively badass. (It's also a masamune shirow designed series) I suggest the manga for anybody interested in it, instead of the movie.

Silent Mobius is an often underlooked anime that seems to have nothing other than powerful women for characters.

Let's not forget the Knight Sabers from Bubblegum Crisis.

And the ever-lovable Dirty Pair. (How the heck do they manage to cause so much mass destruction between the two of them?)
