OK, there's a lot:
Tiffany Grant as Asuka Langley Soryu (Evangelion)
OK, this one is a real kick in the balls.
I have to say that this was quite possibly the most horrendous role that Tiffany Grant has EVER done in anime. She puts way too much force on her acting and she just goes way too bitchy. Yes, granted, it's all in Asuka's character, but let me tell you, she doesn't make me care for this character in the slightest.
So to sum it up, if you want to hear a performance that's the same equivalent of being taken into the emergency room, having the doctors slice open your body and peel every single vein in your body with an apple slicer while you are still awake, then listen to the english dub of Asuka.
Michelle Ruff as Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach)
This one is also annoying. After hearing the brilliance that is Fumiko Orikasa's performance as Rukia, I was hoping that Michelle would deliver a similar performance. After watching the episodes on the english dub so far, I was speachless. Not only did Michelle make Rukia sound emotionless, but she also ruined one of the most emotional scenes in the series so far, that being episode 17. Her performance was the generic reading straight off the script without any emotional technique.
She doesn't have the charm and wit that Fumiko gave to her performance and she doesn't give me any reason to care for her character. What's worse is that I'm a fan of Michelle's work, so her performance was a bitter pill to swallow and it left me feeling VERY disappointed
Kayzie Rogers as Vivi (One Piece)
OK, I change my mind.
With all the hate I've given for Michelle and Tiffany in their character roles, let me tell you, their performances were Godly compared to this talentless bitch.
After hearing Misa Watanabe's phenomenal performance as Vivi, who possibly was, in my opinion, the greatest piece of voice acting I have ever heard in all of anime, I knew her english performace wasn't going to be good.
The only problem was, I didn't expect it to be THAT horrible.
Kayzie Rogers has got to be the worst, most God-awful, horrendous disgrace of a voice actress I have ever seen in all my life.
She literally puts NO emotion on ANY scene with Vivi.
She doesn't make her happy when she's supposed to sound happy.
She doesn't make her angry when she's supposed to sound angry.
She doesn't make her emotional when she's supposed to sound emotional.
And also, she doesn't put any emotion when she is supposed to put in any emotion.
She makes porn stars sound talented. It makes no sense.
What in the name of God, heaven and hell, everything in between, every creature on Earth, by the far reaches of the galaxy, by the inner rims of the universe and every megaverse in the ultraverse were 4Kids thinking when they hired this talentless, piss poor disgrace of a voice actress that is Kayzie Rogers in the world of anime?
The entire english cast of X/1999 (movie)
OK, this one is another case.
As if the movie was bad enough watching (although I understand since the manga wasn't that far made when the movie was made), the english dub of X/1999 was so utterly useless.
It was so bad, that the recording of it seemed out of place. The actors sounded like it was streamed through a tin can telephone, it seemed very convoluted.
Not only that, there was not a single recognisable VA on the english dub cast. OK, I'm not supposed to judge on the amount of anime that a certain actor has been in, but even so, the acting was possibly the worst english dub not licensed by 4Kids.
The only good thing about the movie was the Japanese acting. I'm glad they got a new english dub cast for the obviously superior TV series.

Forgive me, but I'm not even going to the trouble of finding out the actual names of the 'actresses' that happened to leap to mind for this topic.
1. Robin from WHR -- sounds like someone sucked all the life and emotion out of the girl every time she speaks.
2. I can't be completely sure on this, could partially be the dub-script, but I watched the first 15 minutes of Ceres dubbed and had to actually physically leave the room after hearing the voice actress who portrayed Aya say the line "Oh, Grandpa, you naughty boy!" It was strictly subtitles after that.

Now, don't feel bad. It's not you, it's me. I Don't Like You. -.-

Back on topic:
I dislike Kitsune's Eglish dub from Love Hina. Not really hate, since I got used to it, but it threw me for a loop at first. I still dislike the english voice of Yotsuba from Negima though. She's supposed to sound cute, and sounds anything but cute.
