I don't any that have specifically Army or Navy Seals. Now and Then, Here and There (Ima Soku ni Iru Boku) has war in it though. More so than other anime I've seen. Grave of the Fireflies, obviously, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

Nothing really comes to mind, anime wise, regarding the Special Forces (which I think is what you're looking for, specifically). Probably has to do with Japan not having a military presence big or important enough to justify having any (a good thing, I'd suppose), hence, they're not as much a part of the culture over there.
I'm out...

fullmetal.panic! is centered around a top secret military anti-terrorist organization. Sort of like a delta force. Gundam 08th MS Unit is about a particular squad during the war, and all of it's battles are land-based rather than spacey fare. But both series mostly do feature mech combat, although there are a few soldier fighting soldier sequences interspersed here and there.

But if you choose a Gundam show, keep it to something with small-unit tactics like 0080 or 08th MS Team instead of aleternate-timeline stuff like Gundam Wing.

...and also a heapin' helpin' of goofy mysticism. I think that's the only thing that's kept me from watching it.
