Maybe this isn't the place for this question, but I wasn't sure what other forum to use.
I'm trying to upload my video to the site via FireZilla. The program is completely new to me. I'm trying to connect to the server, and I've entered the server, user, and password into the Quickconnect bar exactly as it appeared on the Upload Video page, but it fails to connect each time. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Difficulty uploading

I don´t know what you have done wrong. Maybe you misspelled something and what is your port number? If I remeber right... it was port 20 or something.
Anywhere. Here is a sticky guide on how to upload an amv.

sounds like you have a firewall that's blocking your attempt to connect to kero.
it's best if you turn any firewalls you have to low or off while uploading. If that isn't possible, filezilla has an option in the firewall tab in the settings to enable "passive mode" (edit, settings)
passive mode might help in this situation, but it's better to be able to turn off the firewalls
