No more than 5 finalists will be shown in every category.
The Drama/Sentimental and Action/Horror categories had more than 5 entries, so we have to narrow those fields down.
All the other categories (Trailers, Comedy, Upbeat/Fun) had 5 or less entries, so if you submitted to those categories, you made finals unless you broke some kind of contest rule (such as subs, explicit content, etc)...
And no entry broke any rules...
Also, regarding the posting of finalists...I will be posting them on both the a-m-v.org and Otaku Omaha forums. I'll also send emails to the finalists as well.
Hope this helps! I've got my judges tentatively scheduled for this weekend (since it's a holiday, it's the best time to get them all in the same room...), so if all goes well, I should have a finalist listing up early next week for you guys.
