Those are definitely from Yoake Mae Yori Ruri Iro Na -Crescent Love-. It's a mediocre TV series though, and it became well-known due to the infamous "cabbage"!

This is a new anime that one of the main companies is coming out with. They were showcasing it at AX, but I forgot what it was called. Does anybody know?
