Red haired girls are typically aggressive and outgoing personality types
Blond haired girls typically are cute and sexy and/or bossy or silly

Maehara Shinobu (Love Hina) , Hyuuga Hinata (Naruto) , Sakuraba Aoi (Ai Yori Aoshi) - these three I can agree. But : Hayase Mitsuki (Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien(also known as Rumbling Hearts(damn now that's a stupid name
))) , Suo Mikoto (School Rumble) - these two and few more are not like that.That's all for blue.. I would write about all of them,but I'm very lazy,so I'll leave it at that ^^
