oh gosh
29.97 frames per second. That means that... a video plays at the rate of 29.97 frames per second.
This is the standard NTSC frame rate. NTSC is a video standard used in North America. Generally footage in this standard it is also interlaced and requires deinterlacing.
PLEASE check the guides. They explain everything.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Technically, there is no motion in video. It's all an illusionGaarahungryXReBornX wrote:O...,okay,but does the frame-rate count each small motion the image makes also?Malificus wrote:FPS=Frames per second. It a measure of how fast the individual pictures are shown. For example 24 FPS is 24 images in a second.
Otherwise this is the FPS of the footage, not of the animation neccesarily. Most animation is slower than that.
But PLEASE check the guides again.

No. You could have a hundred frames and still have nothing change. or the image could change from one frame to the next.GaarahungryXReBornX wrote:O...,okay,but does the frame-rate count each small motion the image makes also?Malificus wrote:FPS=Frames per second. But like Oto says, check the guides, seriously, dew it.
