  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.

Since you already have 6 written opinions, I think I'll answer shortly.

A very good first vid, but I couldn't help to feel that you were practically just riding the anime. Sure it looks good in the end, but I'm more into videos that go further than to just show visual art and look pretty.

Let's see how your next AMV will turn out. This one wasn't bad at all but not really to my liking either.

My second AMV, made it 5 days after the first one. Therefore, decided to post it here. My friend asked me to make an Elfen Lied AMV, so I did.

Try the Vidid code from now on.

You just put the number of your vid in the link into this:

[vidid=number]

So you get:

I haven't seen claymore, but I love elfen lied so this is what I thought :

The Quality : 3/5 Don't use WMV

The Sync : 5/5 0_0

Notes : Don't use so many black flashes, it distracts me from the meaning of the AMV

Overall : 4/5

P.S. Song was pretty kickass, had a hard time with telling if you lyric synced, because I barely even understood the English 0_0 But I think there "probably" was lyric sync, IDK, sorry... I can't judge you on that 0_0 But I thought the song was good, just not my style...

Im not sure what you have meant by that but I think that if you have watched it through anything other than WMP then it will show it bad, and its quality will surely decrease. I've tried watching .WMV format with media player classic and there were many defects in the picture (Perhaps because of the codecs it needs). Anyway, what I mean is you'd better watch WMV format only through WMP.

That is because I use VMR-9 Renderless with MPC, and FYI, WMP is a terrible player, it will work fine with MPC, but the reason why is probably because of the way MPC improves quality rendering with Pixel Shader 2.0 (I have 3.0) but you know, my desktop resolution is 1280x1024, and THAT is what makes the difference with SD footage that I upscale, so that makes it easier to notice interlacing... However, the quality was rather good for WMV, and btw : WMV is great for compression, but lacks the higher quality of H264 or XviD compression... Sorry... 0_0
