you know what? I don't even know my comps specs

But my Internal Hard drive is 60GB and I have an external with 320 GB.

The Editing Software i currently use is Sony Vegas 6.0a

I've tried Adobe After Effects some month ago, but couldn't use it for shit. I might get back to it when I improved in editing. I just recently got Particle Illusion 3, haven't worked with it yet though, gonna play around with it a bit before using it in an actual amv.

As for DVD ripping I use DVD Decrypter (or DVD Fab Decrypter if the DVD won't ripp properly with normal DVD Decrypter), DGIndex & VirtualDubbMod.

For smexy mp4 encodes I use Zarx264gui O:

I know very little about my hardware, to be honest. The keyboard, the speakers, and the monitor were all originals that came with the Dell when we bought it about eight years ago (meaning no fancy small flatscreen for me - this monitor is a beast!). The mouse was replaced at some point and is now a regular old Logitech USB wheel mouse.

For other stuff...

AMD Athlon 64 3800+
1 GB RAM
250 GB HD (could use more, being a media slut, but I make do with this just fine)

Magix Movie Edit Pro 10
The AMVapp regulars
CDex
Photoshop 7.0 (for titles and whatnot - I'm not talented enough for effects-creation)

I asked my friend to build my computer for capturing and editing... well, it does the latter just fine, but it hates the former, making me feel like I've wasted five hundred dollars on nothing. : /

Mind you though, if I only did editing, I'd actually have a much cheaper PC. Most of what I spend on it is really not editing-related, but rather for my games
Oops,my bad

As for PC - I'll need it for programming, and gaming too 8-)
:D I like laughter ;DD
