yeah latest Naruto chapter was win, because it has impact, people actually die in this. Unlike crappy Bleach =P

I haven't on the English version because I've already seen what happens, meaning I've seen every episode.

Sasuke is an ass. "My mommy and daddy and my whole clan are dead... WTF!!??? This is sooo not cool, man. Now I'm gonna take vengeance and join Orochimaru, then I'll chop his head off and go after Itachi!! Perfect plan!!"

Anyone keeping up with the manga? It seems that whenever the story moves to Sasuke, its always interesting. Itachi snapped by LOLing. Sasuke will lose an eye.

Interesting, huh? To me, it seemed to be quite the contrary. They've been locked into a staring contest for the past 3 chapters.

The current story revolves around the Uchiha Clan's history and of course history is repeating itself. Here's a list of facts so far...

- Itachi wasn't the only one who killed the clan. He had an accomplice and that person is Uchiha Madara.
- Uchiha Madara is one of the founding fathers of Konoha as well as the founder father of the Uchiha Clan.
- Madara is the first person in the clan to develop Mangeyou Sharingan.
- Madara also had a younger brother with the same skills as he does. At the same time also developed MS as well.
- Madara and his brother were honored respectfully in the clan.
- One day Madara wasn't feeling well and started to go blind. He realizes that having MS is a danger but still keeps the eye technique so he looks at his brother on his bedside and said "Forgive me..." and proceeded to kill his brother and grabbed his eyes.
- Taking out his own eyes, he puts in his brother's eyes and gained a new ability called Eternal Mangeyou Sharingan(EMS).
- Afterwards Madara's personality changed from good to bad as he fought the 1st Hokage for the title and attacked Konoha but failed and ever since then the First keep looking for him as if he was his brother despite what he did.
- Years later, Madara somehow had the ability to summon the Kyuubi and told him to attack Konoha but failed again, this time by the 4th Hokage.
- Years after that, Madara formed a new group called Akatsuki and he's the leader but working in the shadows but now he's also called Tobi.
- Currently Itachi told the history and the requirements of the MS. Such as killing your friend(Itachi), killing a sibling in your clan and taking the eyes(Madara), or the ability comes naturally(Kakashi).

Sasuke right now is a lot stronger than Itachi using genjutsu. Hell, Sasuke even counter his Tsukiyomi and now Itachi is getting serious.

Did I mention that the biggest surprises in this story are?

Well the first being that everything about the WAFF relationship between Sasuke and Itachi is a big fat lie! Itachi is just preparing himself to pluck out his little brother's eyes from the start. There was no brotherly love...ever.

And the second thing is that Uchiha Itachi turned into Yagami Light...in the last episode. Why so serious?

That is totally awesome, though I would have advised spoiler tags for those who don't want to know.

man, I've got to get the manga, waiting on the anime is killing me.

I'm also glad that they've cleared all this up. I would never have guess most of that.
Though I had heard of the theory's of itachi really liking his brother, I never believed them.

any thoughts on how they'll end the series?

I may be labeled a total noob for this, but anyone notice that you can rearrange Obito to spell Tobi?(excluding one "o" of course)
