Most ecchi in anime
Yah what is the anime that you seen that has the most ecchiness ...You can name any anime except for: Tenjo tenge, ikki tousen(both seasons), and witchblade..i guess lol...

One person's ecchiness, is another person's hentai.
That said, I tend to call hentai, only hentai, when you see sex organs actually being used for their intended function. It cuts down on the confusion, as you tend to only see that is vids DEFINITELY capable of being called hentai and nothing else.
I have no problem with extreme cuteness, and playful revealing imagery.
Shower sequences, hot springs sequences, beach scenes, getting dressed moments, upskirt shots and various lingerie opportunities, as well as revealing moments during sleep don't bother me in the slightest.
Some anime series take it to the limit, some have next to none. But aside from naming nearly all my anime, it would be easier to name the animes that make a point of avoiding ecchiness.
Claymore for instance, not much ecchiness involved.
