general Problems with DVDdecrypter..and Now VDM

Post by NS » Sun Feb 24, 2008 12:56 pm

Ok, so I kinda talked about this in the IRC yesterday and didn't really find any solutions (although thanks to you who tried to help) so I thought I'd post my problem here.

First of all: DVDdecrypter. Either it won't decrypt my DVDs at all or it'll Take a long ass time (like.. 2 hours or sometimes longer) and then the product has shitloads of erros. Colored blocks popping up in places all the time and shit. So then I put this in Vdubmod because I'm like "fuck it, the frames that don't have the colored blocks and stuff are still good quality" and really, I'm frustrated so I was gonna just make due. Well now, Vdubmod will just Close itself out of nowhere here and there. Sometimes It takes it a while, but sometimes it'll close within a minute of me opening it.

I really don't know what this could be, and I really need help, so if you could help me.. I'd REALLY appreciate it.

Didn't work. It still stops multiple times during the decrypting process saying "Error, whatever" and I gotta like press retry untill it'll start going again. then when it's done there is the macroblocking or whatever the fuck it is...and Vdubmod is still closing on its own for no reason :\

try looking for updated drivers for your dvd drive maybe?

do your problems occur only when you try to rip or do you have dvd playing issues as well?
