I browsed 4chan and just about every other anime picture board on the net till I was braindead. Yoko simply does not wear lingeries, and of the few pictures I had that approched that,I thought that one was the best. (as at the time I thought that was yoko >_> )
Anyway, yeah, a mod can remove that pic or you all can just ignore it. I think the others will stand for themselves.

While age is what truly defines loli, IMO they also can't have a chest and be a loli. So while Yoko might fit the age, I think her chest disqualifies her as a true loli. Louise, while flat chested...

As I was saying, while Louise isn't as developed as others, she's on the border of what I'd label as loli. She's starting to be a bit too old to quite fit the label. However, that is all just my opinion.
