Sony Vegas Error **rundll32.exe**

Hey everyone,

I'm having some trouble loading my Sony Vegas 8 software. When the program starts to load, it freezes and then displays the rundll32.exe error, stating that the memory could not be read. I've tried looking on the internet for help and have troubleshooted as best I could, without prevail.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Hmm I had this problem before not sure when .. oh that rundll32.exe error I think its telling you that your missing a dll try reinstalling the program your using.

Thanks for the reply... but I've already reinstalled it twice.

I've checked my comp for viruses and have rid the registry of errors with RegCure.

I'm just not sure. Any other suggestions?

Are you opening Vegas @ your desktop?? if so open it in the file location where u installed it.

Yep. i also have that problem, but i only say "Okay" or something and then its goes away and loading and then Sony vegas is ready.
I don't think its something that can have with your computer or anything, but if you not can continue then there is a problem.
