The FTP problem....help me!

I have all of my videos to uploaded here but the question is about the FTP....all I want is there a free FTP software on mac osx. It's very complicated and I don't know what to do....help me (sniff)

This belongs in Site Help, not AMV Suggestions, but I'm sure a mod will move it for you.

On OSX, I use Cyberduck for FTP. Free, open-source, and easy to use.

Finder has an FTP client built in. click the Go menu, select Connect to Server, and enter in the full address, i.e. ftp://kero.animemusicvideos.org/. you will then be prompted for a username and password, and the FTP site will then show up as a mounted volume.

i believe the uploads (and some of the downloads) are still down at the moment waiting on site maintenance O.o check the stickie at the top of each forum for more information
