I've been editing for a while, but something I am still very new to is compression. I'm not sure how to compress a video down to less than 200mb without losing quality. I've tried exporting as .avi but it always ends up looking quite ugly as far as the final goes. I generally export as .mov and more recently, .mp4 and the quality is great and the file size isn't 1gb+. What kind of settings would be most preferred to get great quality footage but keeping the video size down to reasonable size [<100mb] I don't really care what kind of video it's exported as, and I don't discriminate against certain compressors, I just need something that looks great but isn't over a-m-v.org's 100mb limit.
tldr; compression settings for adobe premiere where the amv looks great but is <100mb in size
