Solty Rei
Samurai 7 has a samurai robot
Iczer Reborn has some androids

Not exactly what you are looking for but in Cromartie High School there is running gag of calling this fat kid a robot.

My boyfriend tells me there are robots in Asura Cryin'.

I'm thinking....hmmm....

-One Piece movie movie 7 has there lots of little clockwork robots.
-The little girl in Love Hina makes robots all the time.
