Railgun: It's quite good in the sense that it is totally unscientific and that title char's sidekick literally steals the show and makes it hers. For other series, this depends:
Darker than black S2 => If you've seen first season.
Nyan Koi => If you like romantical comedy.
Kobato => Only if you're a fan of Clamp.
Seitokai no ichizon => Only if you like anime that parodies other animes (like hayate no gotoku).
Concerning Kampfer, to my taste this is one of the worst anime ever.
Nyan Koi: Silly harem fanservice anime that tries to be funny but really isn't. The only decent character is Nagi, and she has no chance in hell of winning in the end.
Prettier Than Pink: They took a good show with a great protagonist and a great episodic structure and then they tried to tack a plot to it and destroy everything the first season left behind.
Kobato: Sweet, but very predictable and can wear on you. Forgivable for likable characters, but I swear I was seeing Digimon in one episode.
Seitokai no Ichizon: Haha! Let's try to be like Lucky Star and spew references to other anime at quantum speed. That's funny, right?
Kampfer: No.
