Ohayocon 2010 AMV Contest Winners
Now that I'm finally back to the land of internet access (one of the minor issues with Ohayocon's location: no free WiFi to be easily found, and as incredibly useful as it may be, trying to do this from my iPhone would have been far moretrouble than it would have been worth...), I can finally post the list of the winners from the contest. The full list of entries will be posted shortly in the Finalists thread.
Voting for Best of Show and the category awards was done via audience ballot- we had a return rate of somewhere between 10-15% on ballots returned vs. handed out with approximately 220 ballots handed in. The Staff Pick award was voted on by a group of the staff (duh) including myself. It will be up to the individual editors to post links to their videos when they are availabe (I will probably update the top post to include them along the way too). Creators who were not present to receive their awards will be contacted by me to work out getting them to you. Congratulations to all of the winners!

Damn! Foiled by my plan to send a new vid. I totally could have taken upbeat with Dance 5! Seems the attendees just couldn't understand the intricacies of Just Passing... and it's epic scope of content and meaning....

This is good to hear. I very much enjoyed this video at AnimeNEXT last year, even if it was on the long side.Ashyukun wrote:Best Drama

I have looked everywhere for "The Third Hokage's Final Message To The Village Hidden In The Leaves " but I cant find it and TokyoTV banned it on Y.T.
