Actually there's not a lot of difference between the DELL and ACD, since internally the panels are the same, except Dells have a newer revision. When connected to a Mac, the Apple's default colour profile can't be beaten! Hence, I use mine as the primary display. Having said that, just use a Spydar3 and it'll be perfect!
