Can. Not. Upload. *headdesk* (Time sensitive!)

Man, this is not my month for technology.

I finally have a completed, pretty, encoded AMV and I'm trying to upload it to the Metrocon AMV contest. As instructed in the rules, I made it into an Xvid avi with 2 seconds of blank footage at the beginning. My video is 4min 20sec long (including the blank) and 91.7MB (though as a back-up I created a 75.4MB version, which I'd prefer not to use if at all possible). I followed the instructions, went on MyConsOnline, created a profile, filled out the form, linked to the video, hit submit, waited, and... nothing. After a couple hours of "processing", I just get a screen that says it can't display the next page. I emailed the people in charge of the contest, but while I await a reply, I wanted to see if any one here had any suggestions. I've tried about 4 -5 times to get it uploaded, including a couple attempts on a different computer and I get the same screen every time. I enabled the SSL and TSL, so it shouldn't be that.

It is possible that it has already been uploaded and you are just not getting to the right screen.
But If it has not been uploaded all you can really do is keep trying and see what you can get while you wait for a reply to your email.
If it were me I would try using a computer with the best possible connection, Like at your Office/School/Library.
Where there is a will there is a ***damn IT issue blocking your way.

Thanks for the advice. Actually, you were dead-on about the connection. (I just forgot to post that I got it uploaded.) It was sheer luck that a day and a half before the deadline I was visiting my aunt across the state who has an incredible internet connection. That did the trick. Thankfully, I thought ahead and brought about half a dozen versions of my video on a flash drive with me, just in case. Ten minutes later, I was officially entered in the contest with the highest-quality version.
