Blade Works

Post by Jasta85 » Mon Oct 11, 2010 9:42 am

Ok, so it's been over 2 years since I last put out a video, work is tough so I have little spare time but this amv HAD to be made. Here is a brief summary of how this AMV came to be

1. happened to listen to song while listening to random music
Reaction: OMFG I GOTTA MAKE AN AMV USING THIS
problem: I have no good footage to use
2. Just finished watching Unlimited Blade Works after getting the DVD
Reaction: OMFG I GOTTA MAKE AN AMV USING THIS
problem: Ripping all the clips, editing and exporting is really time consuming and a pain.
3. Read the new (or at least new to me) Everything A/V guide and got he new AMVapp
Reaction: OMFG IT"S SO EASY TO MAKE NOW, I SHOULD MAKE AN AMV

and so it was made

This is probably my best AMV to date (from a technical standpoint at least) and i'm quite proud of it. Feedback is always welcome thanks
Quick Note: YES THIS HAS SPOILERS, but it won't give away the whole story, in fact it will probably just confuse you as there are so many random things going on.

HOW DID YOU MAKE THIS SO FAST?! O-O (Eesh, I'm still on like 5 seconds on my editing of this. XD)

Anyways,
-gets this epicness-

This was quite the awesome thing. : D Great choice in music and clips!

I actually really liked this, the music was a bit odd (sounded like a variation of the lord of the rings theme) but it fit really well. I've wanted to see this movie, and I know two steps from hell did the awesome mass effect 2 trailer music so it's cool to hear another song from them. nice job on this

Someone had to be first (or at least first who announced it here) 8-) .

Since epic music stuff enjoys the company of epic anime movies the combo was spot on. Enjoyed the whole thing in general.

Simple editing but fun while it lasted. It was kind of short (just over 2 min) but having it short and sweet kept it good. Also reminded me of how hawt saber is in the submissive position.

4/5 from me
