Sorry, it has been about the most stressful day of work I have ever had before. Me and my two co-workers that are STAFF ACCOUNTANTS [not CPAs] have been doing end-of-year reports for all our our clients. This includes W2s, W3s, FUTA, SUTA and their regular Quarterly/Monthly reports.

These are things that we cannot sign off on. These are things that we cannot send without our CPA's signature.

These are things due on the 18th.

These are things that our CPAs have not reviewed, looked at or even remotely shown interest in. They haven't been in the office for a week, and now they've just shown up and expect us to work into OVERDRIVE to get everything finalized and paid online.

I had ALL my clients done on January 4th. My mistakes totaled to a typo and a missed decimal place, and have been approved for sending TODAY. After fixing them, I still have a good hour per client to do in order to get everything ready for pickup on Tuesday.

It's infuriating. Me and my co-workers are ALWAYS ahead of the game, and have things ready weeks/months in advance. Then they don't give us ANY respect and expect us to do everything last-minute.

A little over a week ago, I jumped at an opportunity to attend the U.S. Air Force's Non-Commissioned Officer's Academy here in Kadena Air Base. Versus an Army's NCO Academy, it's very different and focuses on two completely different leadership styles (not that that's a bad thing). I would just rather be in the woods/desert shooting at shit, rather than writing all the damn time!

So whoever wrote "The Tongue and Quill" go fuck yourself! Making me write English good and stuff

And this is the easy semester! I only have french, drama and photography. Next semester I have writer's craft, english and philosophy, the three classes with the highest workloads in the school. I'm boned.

grandmother had a heart attack on Friday morning. She was doing better today, but it's still kind of hard to watch, especially when the nurses want her to refrain from talking because it works her heart a little

I go to University of Waterloo. aka. the only school in this region to NOT cancel classes today. I'm an instructor and have class to teach today, btw, but I have no authority to cancel my own class like that either.

The only way I found to express how I feel about that today is this:

For us the weather was kinda like "Wait, so the Ontario high school students had exams all last week, and today is supposed to be the extra day just in case there was a snow day one of the other days? Better make today a snow day!"

so I'm gonna vent.
And I just wanna say, everyone who accuses me of declaring I'm transgender is just for attention, go to hell. It's real. It's one thing to say there's something wrong with me for being transgender, like "IT'S NOT NATURAL" "YOU'RE GOING TO HELL" because I mean that just means you're really religious or something (not that I'm ok with it, I mean homophobia/transphobia/etc is just plain stupid). But to accuse me of lying? Just wow, that just means you're an asshole. I'm not really angry, I'm just rather annoyed.

For the record, if it was for attention, don't you think I'd actually be posting more? Maybe actually log onto IRC? Apparently not =/

And if you still think it's for attention after reading this. I give up. You're clearly not worth it.
