Results will depend on the size of the logo, as well as the contrast between the logo and the rest of the image.
But for a scene like the one above, xlogo would work almost flawlessly:

Personally, I would make 2 masks and run xlogo twice in a row.
The first mask would be the same size or slightly bigger than the logo.
The second mask would be slightly smaller than the logo, so you get interpolation that shrinks the logo inwards.

It's the TV station logo, stop using pirated source material. All logo removal filters suck and you shouldn't bother with them.

Despite what Phantasmagoriat says, xlogo or any other script (they are all about as good as each other, that is: bad) would work somewhat ok on that particular scene but would die on motion or anything with detail. If the logo is the same alpha level, you CAN actually fix it with nothing but tweak() and an adaptive mask, but it is too much effort, and you would be destroying it anyway.

Also, Teletama is a shitty channel and any show that airs on it has a better quality broadcast elsewhere, usually MBS, TBS, or Tokyo MX. If you're gonna pirate, at least do a decent job of it.
