Eidolon

It's been a while coming but here it is at last. A lot of you have probably heard the name Eidolon float around the org for the last few years. For those of you who have no idea what it's all about or who just want to know more about the video. I'd highly recommend reading up on the comment section on the video entry. You'll hopefully gain a better understanding of the video when doing so. I've also included some trivia's about the video at the bottom.




I've also taken the liberty of creating a breakdown of almost every scene including flowcharts for those who are interested. This is video is purely for those interested in seeing what went in to the video on a more technical level. It does not include the additional sound design or breakdown of the credits. A complete flowchart is also included in the comment section.

All the interesting questions and/or trivia's that come up from this threat will also be posted in the video comments.

I was going to troll with some comment like "You barely edited anything", but in the end you managed to make it look advanced even for persons not into compositing. Nice. I especially like the changes you made in the middle compared to the several years old betas.

I've seen his project file of the credits, it's mind-bogglingly simple. In terms of work involved, it can be easily replicated in a day if you know how.
