Can I send a scan of signed entry form or is a physical copy required?

in the past, a physical mailed copy has always been required. i emailed my links, mailed my entry form.

OK... feel like sending in my info by mail? Doubt I can whip it from here and be SURE it arrives soon enough. I'll mention you in some of my AMVs for exchange or something

The physical copy is still required even if you do the online submission for the actual files. The only real exception to this rule is entrants outside of the North American continent (USA/Canada/Mexico) due to the issues usually involved in mail arriving in the US in an expeditious manner without paying through the nose. However, in those cases, they still need to contact us at amv@anime-expo.org and let us know/request the online submission of the form (In a signed then scanned to PDF form).

If you live in US, Canada or Mexico and you want to use online. Print, sign and mail your form.
If you live out of US, Canada or Mexico and you want to use online, contact us.

In all seriousness I think I'll mail them out tomorrow. My home PC is suffering catastrophic failure so putting the vids on my personal website may be out of the question, and I know that the MPEG2s are too big to go on MegaUpload.

I'll be cutting it really close for my last entry. Hope to get it done in time lol. For the form for categories can we circle more than one if we're unsure which category it belongs or just ok with it being considered for either category? I have some that are treading the line between action/drama and not sure if I wanna commit to the Pro category.
