i dunno bout the other dudes post i think he looking for the same thing as me...
i want to overlay text in my videos useing adobe premier, is their a filter for that where can i download one?

Use the "T"(text tool), type out your text.
Close the window, save the title when prompted to.
Should show up in the bin window. Drag it onto a track above your video, must be on atleast track2 or higher.
Click on the title on the timline goto Effects Controls, hit Transparency and change the key type to alpha.
Hit okay, and preview it.
