Best Anime Villains?

Looking for sources for my next video in which I'd like your opinions on who some of the best anime and video game villains are?

I've haven't been keeping up with anime for a while so are there any truly "love to hate" kinda bad guys we've seen in the last couple years? Classics are also good too. I'll need quite a few.

Kira from Death Note might be everyone's favorite villain.

Rue and Drosselmeyer from Princess TuTu would also make the list.

Recently, my favorite has been Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka.

Hell the fuck yes. Over 2 years ago on YT I uploaded a slideshow of my top 10 favorite anime guys, girls, villains, animals, couples, and fights. Some of the slots have changed since then but here's what I had on my slideshow for the villains, 1 being the highest.
1. Johan (Monster)
2. Griffith (Berserk)
3. Aizen (Bleach)
4. Cell (DragonBall Z)

Like I said before, some of the slots have changed since then since this wuz from my slideshow over 2 years ago and I've seen other animes since then with other compelling villains so you don't have to put any if all in there but you gotta put Johan in that bitch. Kira too.

Definitely Johan from Monster. I agree with macchinainterna and Jwalk0. Monster is one the best when it comes to drama/suspense and physiological suspense. And with his attitude, voice (Japanese dubbed) and looks he is one of the best villain which can give you a chill down your spine! But my opinion is that this success is also related to Monster's success. If you haven't watched it yet do not forget to give it a chance.
