I don't know if TIVTC is ok with this DVD ANIME. Help me!

Hello friends! I have a problem with a DVD ANIME. I don't know if IVTC is ok.

1) I see lines everywhere...

From your DGIndex screenshot, it looks like you had Forced FILM selected in your field processing options (it says 23.976fps) when you shouldn't have. If this is the case, then change it to "Honor Pulldown Flags" and re-save the D2V file; then try TFM-->TDecimate again.

Anyway, with TFM+TDecimate(mode=1, hybrid=1) anime is ok, but "only with ending" there is a strange random aliasing...

Intro and ending sequences are occasionally different framerates than the episode itself is. They also may have other encoding differences to the episode (field order for instance). Since the op/ed is covered in text you're probably not going to use it anyways.

That said, how do the actual episodes themselves look?

Should always be processing OP/ED separately anyway. I don't know why you've enabled hybrid processing but that could be doing something stupid too. Try without any flags (ie just tfm().tdecimate() I guess) and see how that goes, sounds like you're copypasting function calls without any idea of what they do seeing as it's clear you don't get how telecine actually works.

With tfm().tdecimate() anime is good, but I have always the strange random aliasing in Ending. How can I process OP/ED separately?

You can use trim() to keep just the parts you want and have scripts just for op and ed, but as they are not textless, you'll have a hard time using them in the AMV. You're better off using the creditless OP and ED which generally are included as extras (not sure if they are in your case).
I think the issue at hand is that the text and live action bits are likely 60i and not telecined, so that's why the whole thing gets postprocessed. Not much you can easily do automatically, doing things by hand might make it better, though.

I'd start by only pulling the cells you need from the VOB index. Get the OP/ED from elsewhere, ie final disc special content. Pretty much what mirko said I guess.
