despair, bullying, physical/sexual abuse

Hi guys,

As the title itself says, I'm looking for anime which would have the main character face these kind of events. I don't just want to see the scene just/twice once in the whole anime, I really want to see at least 4 episodes that would have the main character face despair and shit. The best would be, if the anime itself was about that.

He's not really DEEP in despair (and it's just the first few episodes), but Hajime No Ippo gets bullied a lot early on before he moves on to his boxing career.

Maybe you can use Shuichi Kuze from EF: a tale ef melodies or Takumi from Chaos Head

In the last 3 episodes of Narutaru, Hiroko is faced with bullying and harassment like nothing I've ever seen before. It might not be enough footage for you, but its probably worth a look.

well, we dont really SEE the abuse (thank god almighty for that). But there is a shitload of imagery of the personification of the characters emotions masking, monochromatic art, high contrast colors, image warping, typography) that can be seen as the physical representation if all their emotions.

In fact, Ef - A Tale of Memories that came before Ef - A Tale of Melodies has equally amazing and mind-f***ing art styles but a more romantic story than the despair in Melodies.

Back on subject:

You can also look at Birdy The Mighty: Decode 02. There's a lot of alien racial prejudice.
A more comical physical, mental, and emotional harassment would be Haruhi Suzumiya, of course.
Air Gear. Bullying and Sexual harassment in one sandwich.
DURARARA for gang wars, teacher harassment, bitchy girls, online trolling and bullying.
