Personally I'd like a sleep ray or some other item which doesn't requirw the taregt to:
a) die
b) be completely annihiliated
c) suffer pain

How grotesque does a conversation have to get, is it really neccesary to get hyped up over how many times over a person will die from one bulet, surely your head exploding is bad enough regardless of whether or not it is in 10 or 10 thousand pieces.

Do you know what that characters made out of blood on the wall are? Im not sure, and part of it is missing, but it has something to do with a country. Like, a government or something. Do you know?

Apparently that's from "Akira". As I recall, the future Japan of that time is kind of corrupt and distanced from the populace. It is also having trouble with student unrest, and there are groups trying to revolt.

There is also the cult of Akira in the movie. Maybe it's related to that?

I would want the excaluber and it's sheath. THe sword is idestructable and can cut through anything. The sheath gives its owner literal invincibility. Even to poisons.
