On the rules page, I see the screening is 720x480, but it also lists the aspect ratio as 16:9. Should I submit my video as a 1280x720 or 720x480? Thanks for your help!

Send us the original (1280x720) version. I have to convert all entries anyways (the Otakon winners are played in a room that has a 4:3 screen) so it's always best to send whatever you consider your "master" copy and let me do the work.

Done! I uploaded two versions of my same video. One with the word "ass" replaced with fart sounds. Not really big on that one.
