Need help finding a MV

I hope I'm in the right place for this. My husband is driving be BONKERS trying to find a MV. I figured this would be the place to ask.

This is what he remembers: Starts out with two girls fighting. He said he thought he remember the 'B' word. (in subtitles). Its zany in his own words set to heavy metal type music. He says the art style from what he remember is similar ‘Strawberry marshmallow’ but he doesn’t think it was that one.

Then in the second half, there is a guy conducting in it, from a skyscraper, he believes from “melancholy of haruhi suzumiya”

Its something that would be hard to search the Inter-webs for but if you would know it you know kind of thing.
