Help!!!!

Hey, i just made my first music video, using Adobe Premiere 6.0 and i imported it to my desktop only to find out my 1:02 video was over 200 megs, ive gotten videos from a-m-v.org in the past where their 4 minutes and only 19 megs, can anyone help with my file size problem? thanks

A bit more specifically, i'd look in the guides under "compression".

If they don't have the sense to read the guides FIRST (or see the hundred or so topics in Video Help), then they likely don't know the meaning of 'compression'.

If they don't know the meaning of compression, they should read through the whole guide to learn what it is.
