Naw, they're just chewing on the Devilman concept....and doing a god awful job of it. I only saw Devilman AMON and it rocked......but something I noticed.......was that Devilman Lady grew into godzilla size and fought other godzilla sized demons. Making it more of a godzilla rip than a Devilman one.

All in all a worthless piece of shit, undeserving of the prestine title of swine feces.

Actually I've only ever seen the film and loved it even when I was really young, it was probably my first real anime. I didn't know about the series but I just researched it and I'm so buying it now. I can't believe that Ryo is a baddie, I loved him.

funniet i ever heard was more of a groaning/in pain sorta noise in the last (4th) episode of Macross Plus.. i laughed my ass off

if you get the dvd and watch it in english, it'll sound like Guld's really in pain (right before he dies), but in japanese... it's hilarious.

the squishy sound when misato shoots the guy in EoE and the lances explode from the MP unit's chests that Manga added was pretty damn stupid. And by stupid, I mean stupid, not funny.
