Because I made a parody video about SAO II's Sinon recently and I was hoping to share it on this site for feedback. But I'm wondering if these types of videos are allowed here.

I think you will be fine uploading it here, if anything the video will fall under the comedic category.

It's kind of on a case-by-case basis. If it's a fan-dub or anything that is not music-based, I would send a PM to an admin or mod with a link to the video to get their opinion on that.
