Okay, I know there hasn't been a lot of activity on this thread but that doesn't mean we're not working on things.
I also think I just found a running gag for this episode.
I've become addicted to "thug life" videos.
I know there are a lot of moments in anime to use for this concept.
We should only do three or four in all but I wanna see as many examples as you wanna come up with.

The final edit has been turned in to Otakon so no new submissions can be accepted.
The current live screening schedule after Otakon (in less than two weeks) is as follows:
* Nekocon
* Sangawa Project
* Ring of Fire
* Zenkaikon
* Tekko
* AnimeNext
There may be one or two more live appearances as well as a few insertions into video programming over the next year.

The final running time of AMVS8: 31m42s.
We had over 100 clips this year!
The premiere will take place Saturday night (July 25), leading that night's fan-produced parodies.
I will be releasing a live-reaction video when I return from Otakon.

Nice! Too bad I can't attend any of those... Any chance of a video recording from one of the cons? I'd be nice to see the reactions. Oh and will you upload the final cut to the org, or is there any way to see the finished product?

The video will be uploaded to YouTube and (hopefully) here on the org...if I can get a near-32-minute video shrunken to under 150mb.
I'll be filming the reactions as they happen and overlay the audio over the AMVS8 audio for the live feel.
These both will be posted to this thread.
