After Effects Workflow

Post by DopplerDo » Mon Jun 19, 2017 4:50 pm

Hello ORG :bzz:,

I am in the process of learning how to edit entirely in After Effects. I know that sounds crazy to most and I imagine that is because the workflow can get messy and bloated.

So my question is: how do AE AMV editors manage their work? What are best practices for structuring projects like this where a master composition can be 4-5 minutes long?

Imo it's faster to cut up your clips in premiere or whatever, and then move into compositing , but i guesss planning what to do with your scenes
I would start from building markers for sync, then build on it whatever you need
Still better than that MMO.
