Just tried to send a video, but I got a "Error: No Details Found" message

Edit: I did get 2 confirmation emails though. Apparently it worked both times I tried even though the confirmation page has an error

So I've got an ANIME MIX MUSIC VIDEO and one anime in it has the broadcast logo. Can I blur that logo? Its not too big and I think it won't disrupt the mood of audience much. I was not preparing for this contest specifically and I just read the rules so please tell me If can get through this rule in any way possible. Thank you. Also there is a logo of youtube channel. I had to add it to sync the video with music.

Although the style looks more closer to anime, I would still consider it non-anime
