Dont see how you dont get it, anyways my suggestion is to look around in the guides sections. Just a quick note there is no such thing as free, there is always a price. Usually with "free" things quality is lost so I suggest looking around for cheaper programs, I believe I paid $40 for my program and it pumps out some good shit.

I use Sonic Foundry Video Factory, unfortunatly I have no clue as to how available it is. I have used premier but I dont really like it.
