He is used to getting killed.
He is not human...
He will apppear again... someday... somehow

Yes, but I wonder whether or not that's a good thing for me... Usually anyone who kills Alucard ends up staring down the barrel of the Jackal, or hand-impaled. Maybe I should go into hiding >_>

Since the first posts on this thread were about studios, I'm going to assume this is the correct place to ask this question. I know everyone says to read the posts first, do searches, but I don't think anyone saying that has actually tried to do a search on a general topic and been able to find an answer within an hour or less. I've been looking for a day and a half (and yes, I saw the thread with the suggestion of newbies having a 3 day waiting period before being allowed to post). But anyway, do you have to be a member of a studio, or make your own before you start sharing your amvs?

Also, is there a default set of information you have to give at the beginning or end of your amv? I've downloaded plenty, and been through dozens of guides as to how the software to make amvs work, but none that said you have to list 'song, artist, anime, creator, production, date, email, etc' to tell a newbie what to have before sharing. I can see the general information being necessary, the song and artist/source (for songs from rpgs/etc), and the anime and amv creator. But is there more you *have* to have? If this is the wrong section, do steer me to the right one. I don't have questions about programs (video or audio), but about amvs in general and the 'rules' for sharing them.

I know there's more to making an amv than mixing the music and footage and slapping a title page on, but I haven't found the thread that explains what else is necessary. Any help would be appreciated - just point me in the right direction, and I'll try not to be a bother.

Then there's no need to make up a name for my vids? That's a relief. I'm not that creative (name-wise), and I'd hate to go and name a studio after myself...it sounds a tad too presumptuous. ^_^ I guess without a studio, they're privately produced. That sounds about right.
