Fanservice idea....with a twist

I found a few Magic Knights Rayearth scenes quite alluring, especially when they involved Lantis or his older brother Zagato. (Both played by the same VA too) SQ has a scene in her Bloody Valentine AMV with Shido and Cain while naked feeding on a woman together in bed. That's a scene from Nightwalker, Shido is such a sexy vampire...

There's a good sequence in the second season opening of Gensoumaden Saiyuki where all four guys are dressed in leather and naked from the waist up with chains enfolding them. Weiß Kreuz (A.k.a. Knight Hunters) may also be male fanservice bait. I don't know since I haven't seen any of it yet. (But a bunch of my friends were really into it at one time.)

Can I point out the huge amount in His & Her Circumstances? ^_^ For heaven's sake, I've probably already *used* most of it in one video or another...

Fanservice, or at least seiyuuservice, appears to be the entire *point* of WK. Though any anime where one character addresses another as "bishounen" has to have something going for it...

Hey, I haven't seen it so this is just hearsay - but how about Bastard!? Correct me if I'm on crack, but I could've sworn that had potential for something like this.

Naked people everywhere and no shounen-ai.

Season 2 was a bit dissappointing actually, Homura and his 2 fellow gods of battle were cool villians that had deep back histories to be sure, and there was plenty of side stories and other encounters but you don't feel like the Sanzo group really got any closer to their goals and destination after it ended.

The opening and ending sequences of each episode is definately cool though.

What are you talking about?
That picture of Gokuo in chains and leather pants is in the first season's opening, too. In fact, if you go back to any flashback Gokuo had, he's in chains on that mountain because of what he is. And the first season's pretty chock full of that.

Anyway, I can give you a few clips, Sarah, if I can manage to borrow the DVDs again...

(Grr, ran into flood control and it erased what I'd typed.) Anyway, I forgot the second part - thanks for the offer, but I'll be getting the Saiyuki DVDs sooner or later.

(I've only caught a few episodes fansubbed, but it looks like I'd like it well enough.)
