I ask this question to my friends all the time: Have you ever met a perverted girl or a girl that likes watching porn? Surprisingly, they tell me of several girls they know that could be considered perverts. In my mind, I can't imagine a perverted girl because I have never met one. What would they do? Would they spy on men with binoculars? What exactly would they do? I'm sure they wouldn't drill a hole in the wall to see into the men's locker room...

Yes, I'm a girl. Yes, I watch hentai.

In fact, the first anime I ever rented was Kite. It wasn't the director's cut (which I'm currently trying to track down), but it was hentai enough.

Recently, I've seen some garage hentai that one of my guy friends bought at a Con, and Golgo 13: Queen Bee. And oddly enough, I watched those two in the company of about 5 guy friends, and we laughed our asses off at it (especially the garage stuff. So horribly animated I doubt anyone could get off on it unless they were REALLY sick fucks. Literally the same three cels looped for five minutes). I find nothing wrong with hentai, I think it's pretty hilarious under the right circumstances.

Currently I'm trying to track down Bible Black, and I suppose I can't really call myself truly perverted until I've seen Cool Devices. But it's hard to get your hands on hentai (ESPECIALLY for a girl) with parents around.
